Over our 23 years in the business, we've found that the best way to serve our clients is by maintaining a small, highly focused client roster. This allows us to give your projects and E-Rate applications our full attention. We never dismiss a client's project as "too small" or "not worth it" when it comes to applying for E-Rate funding.

We conduct an E-Rate strategy sessions with all of our clients at least once a year. We help evaluate Category 2 budgets, project priorities, and make recommendations that will maximize E-Rate funding.
E-RATE PURCHASING COMPLIANCE
We'll make sure your RFPs comply with all E-Rate requirements. We'll also ensure your bid evaluation and vendor selection process is E-Rate compliant. This is critical to ensure successful funding requests.
E-RATE FUNDING APPLICATIONS & FORM MANAGEMENT
E-Rate forms can be tedious and difficult to understand. We remove this burden from your staff and ensure all applications are completed on time and correctly.
FUNDING APPEALS & E-RATE AUDIT REPRESENTATION
We will automatically handle any appeals process that may be necessary. If you are ever audited, we will represent you and help compile documentation and respond to audit inquiries.

Alan and Angela Visintainer are the father & daughter team who lead Vitech and work directly with each of our clients. We definitely aren't the biggest E-Rate consulting firm out there... and that's how we like it! We value our long-term relationships with our clients, and love being part of their team.
